We care about trust. That means being clear about what we collect, why we collect it, and how we treat it.

  • We use your info to serve you, not track you.
  • We do not run ads or share data with advertisers.
  • We don’t knowingly collect kids’ info without parental consent.

What information we collect

We collect information like your name and email when you sign up, donate, or contact us.

If you make a donation or purchase, payments are processed by trusted third-party services. We do not store any credit card information.

We collect basic site usage data like page views to understand what content is helpful. This data is aggregated and not personal.

Email and updates

If you sign up for emails, we will send you updates related to Heroic. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Children and families

Parents or guardians guide participation and decisions.

Protecting kids is part of our mission, not an afterthought.

Section 2: Using Heroic

Members are welcome to read, print, and use missions in your home with your families.

Please don’t scrape the site, repost full missions, or sell our stories, downloads, artwork, or materials. If you want to share Heroic, the best way is to share a link and a kind word.

Accounts and sign-ups

If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping access appropriate for your household.

We can suspend or remove accounts that are used for harassment, abuse, cheating the system, or misusing content.

Payments, memberships, and donations

Memberships can be canceled anytime. When you cancel, you won’t be charged again.

Monthly donations are not refundable.

Annual memberships have a 14 day refund window. After that, if you cancel an annual plan, we will refund any unused months on a prorated basis. Refunds apply starting with the next billing cycle and cover the remaining months in the year.

If something looks wrong, email us and we’ll help.

Not professional services

Heroic is education, encouragement, and family growth.

It isn’t therapy, medical advice, legal advice, or crisis support.

Parents and guardians stay responsible for their child’s supervision, choices, and what’s appropriate for their family.

Safety and participation

Missions are optional. You can skip, swap, or adapt anything at any time.

Please use common sense. Choose safe spaces. Supervise as needed. Stop anything that feels unsafe.

Always consult your doctor if you have health concerns or medical questions.

We’re not responsible for injuries or damage caused by unsafe conditions, ignoring guidance, or using missions in ways they weren’t intended.

Changes over time

As Heroic grows, we may update this page. If we do, we’ll keep the spirit the same. Please review this page from time to time. By using the site, you agree to the latest version of our terms.
